Educational and recreational trips for children with disabilities and elderly residents to improve mental health, increase social engagement, and enhance general awareness. - 🧾 Individual Case Monitoring
Each beneficiary’s progress is documented and reviewed regularly. Teachers, therapists, and caregivers collaborate weekly to assess the needs and improvements of every individual, ensuring a personalized and evolving care plan. - 🔁 Referral and Linkage Services
We work in collaboration with government hospitals, private practitioners, and public health departments to ensure timely referrals, surgeries, assistive devices, and advanced treatments for those in need.
